Geoff is an executive coach with extensive experience working as a thinking partner to CEOs, Managing Directors and senior leaders.
He is a Certified Business Coach awarded by the World Association of Business Coaches, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme, which is accredited by the Association of Coaching.
Geoff is a qualified practitioner in the following psychometric tools: FIRO Element B, Type Dynamics Indicator (TDI), Learning Styles Indicator (LSI), Management Team Roles (MTR-i) and Ideal Team Profile (ITPQ).
